Exosome Purification Kit for Serum, Plasma and Urine
ExoGAG is a patented extracellular vesicles purification method that allows almost all EVs to be isolated from a liquid biopsy sample. After isolation, it allows the analysis of proteins (ELISA, protein arrays) or genetic material (DNA, RNA or miRNA) contained in the EVs, by qPCR, ddPCR, BEAMing, sequencing, etc, which makes it an ideal product for biomarkers screening.

The ExoGAG precipitation reaction is based on the union between the precipitation solution and the GAGs containing the exosomes, so that once the union is established by a simple incubation, the exosomes can be isolated by a short centrifugation.
Exosomes hold a great potential as a therapy or diagnostic but they are restrained by the current extraction methods: inefficient, slow and costly. ExoGAG is a simple and fast method to isolate extracellular vesicles from a small sample volume.
Results of the collaboration
The collaboration of both companies has allowed the launch of the ExoGAG kit, a new product that allows the isolation of exosomes for biomarker research, which could help oncologists to diagnose and monitor their patients by means of liquid biopsy.
This product will be followed by a range of products and services for the human and veterinary health sector.
